Voyager Pre-Order Website Problems??

GIVE ME A FREAKING BREAK!!! You can't tell me they weren't anticipating a huge response to the pre-order. I have gotten the run around from about 10 different people. First I was told the site would be back up in an hour, then 2, then tomorrow and now I was just told SATURDAY!!! I guess unless you were one of the first 100 people to order, you have been blocked.

interesting-- I just got off the phone with CS for about the 5th time today--they still say they are having website problems and not sure when it will be back up!!! đŸ‘ŋ

wonder if anyone has tried to preorder the Venus? I thought about trying--my luck it would go through and I would be stuck!! My plan was to get the Voyager first and then switch to the Venus if I didn't care for the Voyager! 😡

I ordered mine last night without any problem other than it wanting to sell me 2 of them. Got it all worked out and spent 211.99 after tax. That is with the NE2.

I am geeked!

I was having the same problems and what I did was call in and change my plan from the family share to the new nationwide. Basically they are the same thing but one uses airtime and the other uses data. The instant the CS Rep changed it in the computer I was able to order the phone. Try it. It will work. I guess the voyager will only work on the new nationwide plans they just came out with November 1

I did just as eazyeddie44 suggested and changed our plan. Instantly I was able to order the phone after trying all day long. The CS rep. told me there was a problem with the other plans & that's why people aren't able to pre-order the phone. I am still on my family share it just went from the America's Choice to the Nationwide Plan. I am really excited to get my new phone! 🙂

i did the same ,but i did mine online and then it worked perfectly 😁

The site has been taken down according to CS. There are still phones available but because of the activity on the site no more phones will be sold before Saturday... "Allegedly"

đŸ˜ĸ I know it's annoying (I had problems at 3AM ET - until I changed my plan first) but I just heard (another thread) that the phones won't go out until the 21st anyway.

Oh well (yeah - I know... easy for me to say since I didn't manage to get mine thru) I do feel for ya though...

I was just kinda hoping we could get early delivery [heavy sigh] 😉
