Just wanted to say, I got mine ordered you suckers!!!! Just kidding, I was having the same problem, so the cust service reps were saying I had to speak with Websales, then websales said E-services, then E-services transferred me back to Cust Service. I then told the rep what had happened and allowed him to try logging into my account online so he could see the error, and he decided to add a line and order it online for me that way, sent the confirmation email to me, then he noted the account saying to cancel my line and waive etf after I get the phone and activate it on my current number.
