premium package HELL NO VERIZON!!!

they best not be trying to force ppl onto their stupid premium packages just do get the damn html browswer! that will suck!!

i best be able just to do the 15 vcast add on and be good!

yeah, it will work. I work for Verizon and the premium package is actually a really good deal, ONLY if you actually use everything in it. If your a person who uses vznav, email sync, vcast music and the web, then it really is a good idea. Other wise, you could definately just add the vcast to the phone and it will work.

The original review said that you need data plan to have html browser. regular internet would only give you v2.0. Although it doesn't make sense why would a phone have two different browsers.

I used to have the Vcast with Internet on the V9800. VCast was unimpressive after the first few weeks. The high speed data was iffy at best depending on where you were in the Metro Atlanta area. EVDO is a battery killer - period.

Now I use the INTERNET for just $5 a month and they charge minutes if I use it in prime time, else it is free like all nights and weekends.

Frankly I think the iPhone is a better deal when you look at Vz phone prices that pass $300
I have the Apple iPod iTouch and it is truely a fun device. I use it far more to surf the web using WiFi compared to the LG VX9800 right now. Far bigger screen, killer display, ease of use, etc. An iPhone is a glorified iTouch with a phone built in. Both run a type of Unix that App...
