broken phone
has anyone else had a problem with their phone that there is no sound. the phone does not ring and you cant hear anything if you make a phone call. i've had to take my phone back twice to verizon and they said they've never had anyone else return it for that reason.

I have an EnV right now, and I get that sometimes. I don't know if the not hearing anything when you make a call is a phone thing, because I've never had anyone tell me that their phone rang but I wasn't there when that happens. It might be a network thing, and it's just not really connecting even though the phone says it is. I just hang up and call back, and usually it works after that. Make sure you do *228 often, that seems to happen when it's been awhile since I've updated.
