Nokia 6555 Choppy call quality
Im having issues with my new 6555. When I talk to people, both on other cell phones or land lines they complain that my voice keeps chopping out and getting filled with artifacts. I went to bestbuy and they gave me another brand new phone but its doing the same thing. After calling ATT they claimed i needed a new sim card. I went and got a new sim card and its still doing it. Here I am with a new phone that supposed to be "awesome" and I love things on my end but no one wants to talk because of the poor quality on the other end.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Is there a solution?

I haven't heard of this being an issue with this phone. If you're within your 30 days, you can do an exchange, otherwise, you can do an Exchange By Mail (XBM), but you'll probably have to go into an AT&T store. I believe corporate stores can switch the phone out for you right there, but if you use the XBM program, it's possible that after a few tries with the phone they will upgrade you to a better phone.
