The only slight possibility is for AT&T to carry the N95-3. Spring, Varizon, and US Cellular all use CDMA networks, and the phone is a GSM phone. Of the two national US GSM carriers, T-Mobile is probably looking for devices that will work on their upcoming 3G network, which is incompatible with AT&T's, and I don't see AT&T adopting anything but a 3G high-end phone for their networks, which is the N95-3.

Rumors about AT&T adopting the N95-3 have been on and off for a while, but nothing has come out of that so far... Just in case you are not aware...

Well, it seems that there is N95 8GB US 3g coming soon, so that could be an option for AT&T, but I won't hold my breath...

There are some rumors that AT&T is testing the N95-3, but it is hard to tell if anything will come out of that...

The N95-3 being offered by AT&T is an on again off again rumor that has been going for sometime. But even if they did offer the N95-3 or N95 8gb NAM, your experience with these two would be far superior unbranded.

Of course, one can go through the time and effort to get an BB5 phone unlocked and unbranded, depending on how comfortable you feel doing this procedure. Also the cost between buying this phone from a non-AT&T vendor and a subsidized price might be something to think about.

Both of the N95's NAM can be had right now and they aren't cheap.
