3rd party apps

Does anyone know if you can have data access from 3rd party apps on this? such as google maps or opera mini? I know they disabled the ability on the 6133. You were able to download and install but not allowed to retrieve data.

that link does not work or give info on if you can use 3rd party apps so if anyone that owns a 6263 can you use the gmail app or opera mini?
