How to Re-program Right Selection Key instead of T-Zones?

well i have a 6133 and the 6263 have the same basic os i go to settings then my shortcuts

This is a feature that isnt changable on the 6263 to provide for the new tzones client. unfortunatly nokia has limited that feature so that button isnt changable

CORRECTION.... T-Mobile has restricted this, not Nokia
