help needed please. is there a way to change the external screen "picture"? we would like it to display the time/date feature, like it shows on the user guide. we are unable to figure out how to do it. can't find any info in the book or by going thru the phone options. it might be there, somewhere, but we can't find it. our phone only shows this picture that looks like a "water damaged" screen. the phone isn't even 2 weeks old yet.
