static noise in call
i am hearing a staic noise hile on a call. it lsats for about three seconds then go away for a few seconds. it resembles what u would hear on a cordless phone. wanted to know if this may be a def phone or a defect in all the bb curves.

Sounds like what mine does, I have had four curves so far and it seems to be common. I usually just power cycle the phone (turn off, take battery out and put back together) and it usually goes away. If that does not work it may also be a damaged speaker (usually water/condensation) very common if you live in humid areas or like if you have the phone in the bathroom while someone uses the bath or shower. Also could be a bad sim card... If all those are a no go then you may very well have a defective phone.
