Lost the address bar

All, does anyone know how to return the address bar to IE? I'm able to bring up pages but I have no menu or back button at the bottom of the page, how do I get that back?

are you sure you dont have it set to full page view? try pressing the right soft key (which should actually pull up menu on the screen) then go into your menu>view and uncheck fullscreen 😉
