Ringtone help

First let me say that the Tilt rocks! Love this phone.

I need some help here. I converted some of my existing music files into ring tones. The service I used (mobile17.com) converted the file into a MPEG Layer 3 Audio. I then placed the file in \Windows\Rings folder.

For some reason it will not play. It comes back with following message "The file 'file name' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file"

The stock ringtones are Windows Media Audio files.

Any idea on how I can get my files to play as ringtones? Thanks!

It sounds like the file you created contains DRM which didn't get transferred to the phone.

Personally, I use Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to create my ringtones and I've never had a problem.
