With internet explorer that comes on the phone, you do not have full net capabilities.

BUT you can install Opera Mini 4 Beta 3 which as far as I can tell does have full internet capabilities. Just go to operamini.com on your phone and the website will take you through the install process.

The only thing i havnet figured out is streaming video becasue technically that requires codecs, or flash player, or whatever, so I dont how to do that.

Odd... I seem to have full internet capabilities using the internet explorer that comes pre-installed on the phone.

Can you give an example of something that is restricted or doesn't work?

I try my school login and it requires ie but the mobile edition on my 8125 does not support it.

Ah... okay, I was confused by your terminology.

The Tilt has full internet access, but any browser that you use on the Tilt will probably have a few features here or there that have been left out to make it fit on the device. IE is using 58 Mb of memory on my computer right now, and that would pretty much kill performance on my Tilt. Mobile IE only uses 4-5 Mb on the Tilt.

I haven't run into anything yet that doesn't work using Mobile Internet Explorer, but I fully expect that there will be something, somewhere, some time. It's a mobile version after all.

I looked at Opera Mini but didn't download it because I didn't like the way it dealt with frames on a couple of websites that I use. (At least while running their demo, anyway....
