new to the phone.. i have an issue w/ the keyboard. the one keyboard that is condensed with like 2 letters to a key and the other that reflects full qwerty. i cant figure how to get the qwerty keyboard as the primary keyboard. it always seems to revert to the condensed.. any suggestions?

Yup, it perpously does that so you will have to buy the full keyboard version. Thats buisness for yeah 😎 don't know if HTC gets a percentage of the $9.99 but you can also get an alternative keyboard for free. Its called Happytappinkeyboard. Just google it. Maybe a helpful soul will provide a link to it later 😈

It "purposely" does that ?!?! Um sorry but NO. Its a glitch in the software and HTC is aware of this. The new ROM that is slated to come out this summer to unlock GPS/RevA/ etc should include this fix. Best keyboard out there is Spb full screen keyboard ... its worth every penny (if you and a friend go in on the reg key its only $5 a piece) 😈
