Hello, Im very new here and Ive also just purchased the HTC Touch through Sprint. It has alot of cool features and stuff, Ive already made my own custom ringtones which everyone knows that they are a must haves, lol! Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows if this Touch phone is capable of having having Call Tones?!?! Also on Today screen, is the "calendar" a must have on the screen?!?! Its about the only thing that I dont want there, does anyone know how or can it be removed from the Today screen?!?!

Start Menu > Settings > Today > Items > Uncheck Calendar 😈 Call tones IF AVAILABLE will be able to be suported through your mysprint.com account in the digital media tab 😈

You should have checked into the Mogul, while no WM phone is perfect, it happens to be very good.

Unfortunately i disagree as if your really modding your phone (something most all Touch/Mogul owners do) everyone out there knows the double ram and internal mem on the Touch makes it a much better and reliable performer.

Hello,
Specs say 8GB, which I can confirm, but the SDHc specs call for 32GB, so will have to try it when bigger cards come out.

I will be receiving my Touch soon. I have made dozens of customized ring tones all in mp3 formats.

Can you tell me how and where to put these ring tone files in the touch and then how you assign them to your contacts.

Put them in:
My Device | Windows | Rings

When editing contacts, select the tone you want from the list you get when you get to the Ring tone line.

Thanks,
Appears easy, I assume that's how I will assign pictures to the contacts as well.

I'm also assuming a CD will come with the phone which allows you to sync your computer with the phone. I hate to admit this, but I've never used Outlook. Don't even know what it does. So other than sharing music files, I don't know what else I'd sync the phone with the computer to share. If there's something else I should learn here, I'd appreciate suggestions.

DL Yahoo Go 2.0 and make a new account (Example: SoCalVDuvPhonebook@yahoo.com) ... then log into Yahoo Go with your touch and sync your phone book on your phone with the email address ... this will always give you a back up of your phone contacts and just in case your phone was ever to die you can go on a computer and retrieve and contacts you would need. Hope this helps ya a little. 😈

By the way head over to www.ppcgeeks.com and rummage through the "HTC Vogue" forum to grab some usefull info and some great dl's !!!
