it looks too similar to the iphone...though they were in production at the same time...it seems like its a lot weaker than other touchscreen pda's. no wifi...no key pad. I prefer the tilt over this...I am no iphone fan but i honestly think its better than this...I'm dissapointed in you htc. you could do better..also the interface looks ugly as heck.touchflo will be nice tho.

and if we were to compare it to iphone...very much worse battery life, and inferior memory.

good thing sprint got it and not a good service

well duh, my higher education also contributes to a bit of a snobbish attitude, thus the statement of 'ok, bye' as in I don't care, If you don't think it's as good as the iPhone then shut up and keep it to yourself, don't get it if you don't want it. That person doesn't even own an iPhone he "prefers the tilt", he's probably just going with everyone else's hype, does he even own a Tilt? I also like how he says the interface sucks, but TouchFlo is nice, what the hell is he talking about?

yes i own a tilt....i dont like the iphone.
and i dont like the touch. they dont offer enough. theyre just pretty phones and dont do as much as the tilt. i would have preferred touch flo on my tilt but it doesnt have it. i dont like the way the touch is set up from the way it looks in the still shots. also its a forum to voice your opinions on the phone and see who agrees with u or not, not a forum to bash others opinions

the only thing the Tilt has more than the Touch is WiFi [only because AT$T's speeds suck] and a keyboard, but what would the Touch be with a keyboard? Another HTC device like the Mogul. Along with a higher capacity battery but thats not really a problem since most people charge their cells overnight and both these phones can last that long, if not longer. And both runs on Telenav, no matter what unless you buy another GPS software for more money, even though the Tilt has built in GPS.

other than that, its not so different, all you get is a little tilt action in a much more clunkier device. exciting.

and by the way The Tilt used to have TouchFlo, AT&T crippled it.

I'll agree the Tilt is nice... for business users, but if y...

oh i noticed I meant the tilt in my last sentence.
If you like the touchFlo, which is pretty neat, you can the software somewhere else, just if the WM screens bores you.

1. This phone does WAY more than the iPhone. Compare the specs, for crying out loud.
2. At&t is not better than Sprint. (Trust me, I work for At&t, and use Spr...

I said right in there I don't like the iphone. I'm a tilt guy. And I'm so sick of phone scoop turning into every phone vs. iphone comparisons. Whatever apple great job...it plays music and its touch screen. And i work for At&t too and just canceled my sprint service because i hated it. Which just means that we have different service areas. I've just had horrible luck with sprint and great with at&t...especially now thanks to the add of 3g in Minnesota.

in closing...boo iphone
yay tilt
wish the touch looked cooler
thats all

I'd go after a Tilt, since I have at&t also, but I'm gonna wait a while; in case there are problems with it.

Actually Sprint got it because it is a great phone. Sprint does massive tests on the upcoming phones to make sure they want to carry them.

You know what... Im going to be honest with you sprint rocks when it comes to service... AT&T you cant put insurance on PDA or i phone type devices... Sprint offeres comparitive plans with discounts for just having a credit union.. Also when your ROAMING guess what you dont get charged... so watch what you say before you go bad mouthing sprint. I wont hop on your imprefected company of a cellphone industry dont hop on mine! because beleve me I can find tons of faults with every cellular services out there so watch what you say!
