Please help me save ring tones

Every time I try to use bluetooth, it will not let me save it to my audio. I can hear it from the bluetooth, but that is it. What am I don't wrong? I called the service department and they told me the phone will not let me use ring tones, I'm sure that is a bunch of bull. So I guess my question is how do I save music/ring tones to my audio to use as ring tones? Thank you!!
