Software or a way to put rings tones on phone

Hey,

Ok, So I have a Lg Scoop, I would like make ringtones and then upload them onto my phone. Would also like to upload wallpaper and then download my photos off my phone onto my computer. How do I do it? What software can I use to do it? Please Help me!!!!
