Depends. Are you still getting feedback even when you're not covering up the speakers or the mic? If so, your phone is defective, and you should have it replaced.

If the only issue is that you get feedback when the speakers are covered up by your hand, then I'm not sure what to tell you, because that is normal. If you have large hands, I could see that being a problem. Confused

The only options you have then are to either hold it with three fingers (its ok, you won't drop it unless you're a butterfingers), or set it down on a table or whatever on its' side (very convenient, actually), or, if all else fails, hold it by it's flip.

I've done all of the three, with no problems. But yeah, I think LG should've had the speakers even higher up on the phone, or on the side (like the 8300), so as to accommodate users who have big hands.

It's a fairly small phone, so it's not tough for a guy with big paws to totally cover up the back of the phone with his hand. I'm thinking LG may have designed it with 'Korean-sized' hands in mind (no racism intended... if you go to Korea, the average guy over there just isn't huge).
