Strange stuff

My wife and I both got the 8350 about 2 weeks ago. We've notice some strange things, including-

1. Certain entries, especially #2, in the speed dial list disappear for not apparent reason.

2. Bluetooth connections drop in and out randomly for no reason.

3. No matter which headset (Jawbone, Jabra, Plantroics) I use, people still complain about the voice quality. I never had this issue with the 8300.

If these things were not happening to both phones, I'd chalk it up to a bad phone, but with both, seems odd.

Anyone else experiencing this things?

Thanks, Scott

I would take both phones back. I've had mind for over a month and it's been flawless. The best phone I have had and I've had plenty.
Maybe you just got into a bad batch It seems most people are having good luck with the 8350.
Let us know how you make out. Good luck!
Oh by the way..the battery last forever.

Thanks. Stopped by VZW yesterday and they echoed your sentiments about their not being any issues thus far.

I am returning both today, and we reactivated an LG 5300 and an 8300. Actually, I am going to buy another 5300 on eBay as I no longer see them at VZW. Yes, I know, I am the one guy in a million that likes the 5300, but, its always worked really well for us. Of course, we're the same people that required a crowbar to pry my wife's Audiovox CDM8900 out of her hands ;-)

For people like us who don't care about music on the phone or the quality of the camera, finding a basic (has to have BT!) phone with great battery life, reliability and reception is getting harder and harder.
