I've been trying to think of negatives for this phone and this is all I can think off so far:
I don't see how to enable MP3 playing on the service menu. I think Verizon wants to sell more music.
No large font for contact list, but the contrast is excellent and the text is very crisp looking and actually easier to read than some larger fonts on other phones.
The battery life could be better I suppose, though I don't really mind charging my phone every 3 days or so.
Also: Some of my friends who have it reported it sounded a little like they are talking through a tin can, but I'm picky about sound quality and I didn't hear that (I would take it back if i did) even when talking vx8350-to-vx8350 with my wife. I think it depends on how you hold the phone. Maybe if you press it hard against your ear it could sound that way, I don't know.
