BB 8820 on AT&T Part Deux...

I'm begging someone that works for AT&T to comment. Please. This is scandalous. RIM should sue AT&T.

Steve Jobs & Apple have the proverbial gun to their head, with their finger on the trigger, should AT&T do something as stupid as release a phone that will totally undermine the sales of the precious iPhone. The idiots that run AT&T should be embarassed.

Don't they realize that NO ONE is going to buy the thing as a phone now?

It's the APPLE iPod Touch. AT&T just lost a huge revenue stream. No one needs them now. They can buy the thing from Apple direct.

Fools. Apple schooled them badly......

Sure they will sell it, the monthly cost with a blackberry plan added to minutes is higher then an iphone plan.

I will have to recheck my plan, but the last time I looked my $99 month family plan with the 29.99 unlimited data package for BlackBerry was better than the family plan with iphone. I was told on the business account I would have to have at least two of these ipods. I will keep my 8700 until the 8820 comes out.

To add a base iphone to your account is $20/month.

Both the iPhone and 8800 series phones are nice, while they have crossover features which are similar, the two are aimed at two different markets.

It isn't AT&T's fault that Apple made an iTouch! I am a rep for AT&T.
