I very much like this phone. No volume issues with ringers or speakers that I can find. Overall, it's a solid little phone with lots of toys. You mentioned loudness over the Katana the DLX supports AAC/MP3 ringers that the Katana and Katana II don't so there louder. I got this phone last week coming froma great 8400. But coming from the Katana it's a big difference. I took my conatacts on my 8400 backed them up to my memory card and put then straight on my phone easily. I still have a few ringers in my content and pictures in my Album actually on the phone not sure how to transfer those but I have a data cable that came with the 8400. Sending bt to bt doesn't work. The DLX has better bt then my 8400. I don't think you can send with it the DLX you can.
