Data Cable and PC Sync?

Hello,

So I bought a data cable thinking that I could simply transfer ringtones into my R410 like I used to do with all my nokia phones. But the cable doesn't work without a software.

Anybody knows what software I need to connect my phone to my PC and transfer files (music, pictures, contacts, etc)

bitpim works, samsung r410 comes up as an 'other phone' because it is currently not supported
google 'samsung r410' on youtube for a video about getting/transfering ringtones/music
