How or what do I need to download realtones (r410)

How or what do I need to download realtones and ring back tones,this phone is not WAP and am having trouble with it.
Do I need data cables or software with it.

if yur tryin to get ringtones,u can use the internet dat is on ur fone and go to a website kalled funformobile on google search.and from there yu can search ringtones and they will download strate into ur fone
