Wild Card: The Good and Bad

by OmegaWolf747    Jul 12, 2008, 10:14 PM

The good: I love the Wild Card's built-in keyboard. It's larger and easier to use than the Switch_Back's. I also love the camera. I think it takes higher quality shots than the Switch_Back. The redesigned external display is much easier on the eyes than the Switch_Back's. I also love how the number buttons on the external keypad now line up properly. The firmware also seems to be improved. I have been able to send text messages without the phone restting itself (knock on wood). The alert reminder actually works now. The phone plays all games smoothly.

The bad: The vibrator is anemic and difficult to feel unless you're actually holding the phone. Although I think the internal speaker is somewhat improved over the Switch_Back's, it is still hard to hear when the phone is in my pocket. I don't like that Virgin Mobile has disabled file transfer via Blutooth or data cable.
