Motorola RAZR2 V9m

randomely when i recieve a call, i flip open the phone, and the screen is flashing the pause symbol... the call is connected but i cannot talk or hear anything. i have hit every button on the phone when this happens trying to un-pause it, but no luck. and im not using the mp3 player at all. anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? or how to un-pause it? thanks.
