Ummm, I have not found it either. With some phones the sticker under the batter will swell if the phone is dropped in water. My first RAZR 2 fell in water, after I threw it into the water to get a replacement. I didn't see any swelling or colors change. Ask Sprint directly.

A Watermark is used by your cell phone company and the vendor to see if the phone has come into contact with any water. So if you told them you dropped your phone, or you want to sell it back to them, they can see if the phone was ever exposed to water.
On the note of water damage. If your phone did fall into water, remove the casing, and clean the board with rubbing alcohol. Then place it near a window with direct sunlight. The rubbing alcohol will clean the water off, which would later corrode the terminals. And the UV light will also kill any germs that could lead to this problem. You can also leave the casing on, but it might not work as well.

This is a last resort. And don't keep the phone under the sun for more then 5 to 10 minutes...
