My full review of the pathetic RAZR 2

First before I write this review, this is MY review; so I don't want to hear the genetic replies like "Oh, you are using the phone incorrectly", "I never had those problems", and "Maybe your phone is just defective." Trust me, my take on the Sprint Motorola RAZR 2 V9m is coming from years using every type of phone, from every major carrier.

Pros:
1. Large inside and outer screen.
2. Sprint TV/Radio application works well.

Cons:
1. Does not support any of Motorola Bluetooth headset and headphones that I own. Even my new Moto stereo headphones that came out before the RAZR 2 even came out, don't even work.
2. Daily White-Screen freeze errors.
3. Text input in third-party app's in annoying. the "1" key cycles though characters that y...

I guess. It works just as well as a Sanyo or Samsung. There really isn't anything different that would justify the loss of every useful media feature. H@LL, the phone doesn't even have a headphones port.
This phone cost as much as a PDA. You are better off getting a PDA or Sanyo. I wouldn't recommend this piece of junk to anyone.

Bro is someone paying you some big bucks to bash on this phone or what? Sounds like you have a tiny bit of buyers remorse to me.

When I see reviews like this, it makes me question if the person actually owns the phone, or if they went through forum after forum looking for more common complaints in order to write a review with the sole purpose of lowering a phone's rating.

There's no such thing as the "perfect phone" because it's impossible to design a phone for the individual consumer. I went into a Sprint store, even though I have Verizon, just to see the RAZR2. Not only was the RAZR2 in that blue-gray color the best looking phone I've ever seen, the UI was the best looking UI I've ever seen. It looked nothing short of fantastic. I had no complaints with the UI's speed. It took a little while to load the music and TV application, but that's it. Scrolling thr...

Are you crazy?! How would I be able to write this huge list of problems if I didn't own the phone. Every single time I write a review, useless morons come up with stupid reasons to bash them.

Trust into what you want, if you waste money after reading my HONEST review, then you are stupid. I own the phone, it is sitting next to my computer right now.

I know a billion times more about cell phones them 90% of the people in here. I have been using Sprint's service for 3 years. I have also used T-Mobile, Cingular, Verizon, Primeco, Jump Mobile, Amp'd Mobile, on and on. So lay off the stupid comments. The RAZR 2 is trash. My review is not bias and any fool can see that.

How right you were to point out the slow UI. Last moderately quick UI I had on a Verizon phone was the Moto E815 (now that was a decent Moto phone). V9m is well deserving of your poignant, erudite review.

"Trust me, my take on the Sprint Motorola RAZR 2 V9m is coming from years using every type of phone, from every major carrier."

Why? Is that because you are never satisfied with any phone?

My touch screen never gets activated on accident. You would have to press a button on the side and then hold the button on the touch screen...it hasn't happen once in over a month. My batterry lasts 2-3 days. My UI has never locked up. And how the heck would you want the websites to load? Full pages? That doesn't even make sense.

Are you sure this isn't ID ten T error?

That's what you get when you buy new phone model on eBay...either stolen or damaged goods. You are entited to your opinion, just as much as I am entitled to say it is wrong.

I purchased it from a retailer. I could not case less what you think. I have used 30 to 40 phones since I started using wireless lack in 1999. So if you are that stupid, that you can not see the problems with the phone, then what do I care? It is. You have most likely used 3 phones in your life, but will lie and claim 50 just to one up me.

So listen up, because I am not going to say this again. "THIS REVIEW IS MY REVIEW, BASED ON THE PROBLEMS I HAVE GONE THROUGH. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A LOYALIST, OR JUST IGNORANT OF PHONES, DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING TO ME."

But let me ask you this? Doesn't the fact that a $400 that doesn't come with a headphone jack bother you? What about Bluetooth limits? Limited processing power? Limited media functions?...

AHAHAHAHA!!!! Owned by your own idiocy. The 2nd fall (the2ndfl)? Did the first fall not hurt enough? Btw, I created my name for idiot trolls like you who know nothing about cell phones but pretend to. Also, if you've had 30-40 phones since 1999... do you play soccer with them or do mom and dad just not mind buying you things?

I just purchased the RAZR 2 as a upgrade and I have 30 days to try it out. So far I have not had any issues with it. The OS is fast on mine. Had no Bluetooth issues yet (works great with my Garmin). Battery life is what I expected for a RAZR. I can hear the sound when changing the volume level. Have not tried everything but so far no problems.

I flashed my VZW V9M with the US Cellular firmware and the phone is 100% better in functionality. It still works great on the VZW network.

I now have a Motorola UI with themes, more snappy operation, and lots of setup options VZW took away. 10 out of 10 for me now!

I cant argue with anything you said. I liked the LG MUZIQ(the phone i had previous to the razr2 lemon), but now I love the MUZIQ (thanks to the razr2), and wish I could get the MUZIQ back. 😢
