Help! Can't get MP3'S to work as Ringers

I've tried all the tricks and still can't get any MP3 ringers on my phone. I've tried changing them to .QCP & then sending via email, but the email never goes through to my phone. I was able to store the file on the card as a sound & then tried to send it to myself so I could save it, but it would only let me save it as a sound and not a ringer. I've tried .MID, .MP3, and .QCP. I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My only other alternative is to pay 😡 or take this piece of crap back and go back to my V710 🙂 .

The ringtones that you email has to be under 300kb. you can keep the .mp3 or you can bluetooth them in to the my_rigers folder as .qcp this only works for veizon.

Rename to QCP then use either the native OBEX or Motorola Phone Tools.

Thank you both for the help. For some reason it just took a couple of days for the message to go through to my phone. It worked with MP3's and QCP's and even files that were 300kb to 385kb in size. I sure wish Verizon wouldn't make you jump through all these hoops just to get a ringer on your phone without having to sell your house and fist born child.
