When I see reviews like this, it makes me question if the person actually owns the phone, or if they went through forum after forum looking for more common complaints in order to write a review with the sole purpose of lowering a phone's rating.

There's no such thing as the "perfect phone" because it's impossible to design a phone for the individual consumer. I went into a Sprint store, even though I have Verizon, just to see the RAZR2. Not only was the RAZR2 in that blue-gray color the best looking phone I've ever seen, the UI was the best looking UI I've ever seen. It looked nothing short of fantastic. I had no complaints with the UI's speed. It took a little while to load the music and TV application, but that's it. Scrolling through menus (where I spent 99% of my time in the interface) was very fast. It's also nice to see JAVA in a US CDMA phone.

If I had Sprint, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a V9m. Unfortunately, the only thing worse than Sprint's reception is its customer service, and I'd rather not try and get roped into a contract that's impossible to cancel Laughing
