V9m Keypad problems??

I have gone through 3 Verizon V9m's (getting the 4th), used 3 Sprint V9m's and an Alltel V9m, and probably tried out 20 or so more Verizon V9m's and a real problem in my opinion is the keypad. The MAJORITY of them are loose in one or more sections of the metal sheet making the keypad crunch, creak and/or wiggle when buttons are pressed. The rest of the phone is rock solid, so this is a real letdown.

Verizon V9m #1: Keypad was loose, hinge was clunky

Verizon V9m #2: Keypad was loose, hinge was smooth but weak

Verizon V9m #3: Keypad is totally firm, but some buttons have stopped responding and one has to push really hard to get any response at all. Hinge smooth and firm.

Alltel V9m: Hinge is a bit weak, keypad is loose and crunchy...

Ya its one or the other because I had one verizon one and it wasn't worth the money because it fell apart after the first week just like yours did! The keypad just had a space and the hinge started to creak and was weak! I have the lg voyager and it is the best phone that I have ever had with verizon and am not planning on changing any time soon and definentally worth the money! 😁
