We had a meeting with our Motorola rep this morning, and Cingular will be carrying it. They're looking for a 3rd quarter release.

Since this is a GSM phone, more than likely Cingular will be the first to get it. It would be highly unlikely for a smaller carrier to get it first. T-Mobile would be another big possibility.

I think that cingular will get the 3G version if it comes out since the ban is still in affect
