The Katana II is designed simply as an update to what was probably still the most popular Sprint phone, a year later.
The Katana DLX is the new model coming out, which as I hear will have all the features of the M1, and maybe more.
See Samsung and the a640/m300, with the M500 and upstage as the highend.
