Motorola RAZR2 V9 / V9x

Should I get one?

Currently I have a V3xx gunmetal from ATT (obviously) and I've only had the phone for 2 months and it's already crapping out on me. The hang up button doesn't work and the hinge is getting loose. So my question is, should I get the Razr 2 or should I just send my xx in for the manufacturer's warranty. I'm afraid the same would happen with the new phone....

the hinge being loose voids the warranty, exchanging the phone through AT&T would cost $210(unless you have Insurance), try motorola at 1-800-331-6456, it would still cost for a repair but it could be less
