Just fyi, handy reset phone to restore factory settings. You will lose ALL downloaded ringtones and media, but it's great if you need to reset your T9 dictionary or whatever.

1) power off
2) remove sim card, power on
3) *2767*3855#
4) wait for reboot
5) once rebooted, power off
6) insert sim card, reboot
7) phone is back to factory settings
