Sony Ericsson Z750

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with this phone. I've only had this phone for 5 days and it's giving me trouble. I wonder if I should just take it back. The first problem I had with it was the phone would not recognize set picture and ringtone ID's. This problem was fixed by doing a setting reset, but today the phone just died. It wasn't off, just frozen and it would not work at all or turn off. I had to take the battery out and when I started it again, the date and time would not adjust correctly. I did the whole "reset settings" again but the time was still wrong. Then about 5 minutes later the phone died again. This time I took the battery and SIM card out and then it seemed to work.
