when i used to have my w810 i would go to this one web page .. now that i have the curve it wont open it say " your browser does not support INLINE FRAMES or is currently configured to display INLINE FRAMES"

That would mean that the browser does not support something that is on that web page. The Blackberry browser is not the best that is for sure. The Curve also has an Icon for "Media Net" on the desktop, have you tried going to the same page from that browser?

or you can download a different web browser like opera mini...here is the link mini.opera.com\beta

I've had good luck with Opera Mini. It rocks! Waiting for Firefox to come as well.
