Problem with synching voice and picture on .mp4 video
Having my first problem with the curve. I converted a movie (Blade) to .mp4. Tried playing it, but the picture and sound was unsynchronized. Anyone else having this problem? Any solution? The picture looked great and it sounded wonderful but was just unsyncronized.

I have this problem all the time ☹️ (mac user though). I found that ripping DVD's via handbreak then using iSquit to convert them to fit the phone works the best. Not sure if iSquit works on a PC, but it fixed my video audio sync problem (Finally) I seriously spent an entire weekend encoding video using about 10 different pieces of software trying to find something that worked. If you are using the roxio stuff that comes with it, there is some good tips over at blackberryforums.com. Head over that way and read up homeslice.

Thanks, I actually use Cucosoft's DVD to ipod converter which rips my movies into an .mp4 file that plays great on my video ipod. I don't use roxio, will try to see if I can find iSquit for the PC. Just googled it, on isquit.org I found a probram called AVS Video Converter for Windows. Is this what you use? It converts video among many different formats?

I came accross this software for PC that should work for...Seabyrd Technologies blackberry video converter. Google it, download it, use it, love it. Link to it at the bottom.
Also, you can use the second link to convert google videos and youtube vidoes as well.

Downloaded it and tried it. It worked!! I first converted it with the Cucosoft software then ran the blackberry converter. No synch problem. Thanks for this. By the way, it looks just as good and maybe even a bit better then the video ipod. Really cool.
