Best Carrier for 8830

I am thinking of getting the 8830. I am just not sure which carrier has the best deal for the phone. I want to be able to check my email and get the gps maps. I am looking at the unlimited voice and data plans. So what does everyone think.

Right now and if I was a heavy voice user, the Sprint $99.00 all you can eat plan is probably the best.

Also Sprint doesn't lock the gsm side, so you can use whom you want if you're traveling overseas.
