Video formats

I was looking through the specs for this phone and it doesn't list what video formats it will play. I know it plays video, I just don't know what kind. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link, however everytime I try to convert something, it won't play on my blackberry or in my Windows Media Player. Says it can't download the right codec. Any tips?
