Multiple Call Problem

When i am making a call and one comes in as im making a call i lose both calls, and i also lose the ability to make or recieve calls unless i pull the battery and do a hard reset! anyone got any fixes for this?

You have to return it for a replacement. If this is a new phone, it should not behave that way.

Get it replaced now before your 30 days are up.

ya i have that exact same problem too, this is going to require a software update i would imagine!

It's a known issue hopefully it will be fixed with the next update.

Should we still return it? I am thinking it will require a software update so if we return it we would just get a phone that behaves the same way. Thoughts?
