As you can see, the 5400, as of this writing (November 20th) is being offered for $119.99 w/a 2 yr contract, not counting online discount or MIRs... as I said.
Not awful, but again, midrange pricing on what it is essentially an entry-level phone.
I'd wait for the price to go down a bit before getting one, unless you absolutely have your heart set on it.
