Palm Treo 755p

I see that you can buy the 755p from sites such as Letstalk.com for a good price online, or you can buy it directly from Sprint. I was speaking with a rep at the Sprint store today and he told me that there are people who have had a lot of problems with their online orders. Problems such as service plans and/or receiving their rebates. He even mentioned there is a class action lawsuit against LetsTalk.com and Wirefly.com. Have any of you who purchased your 755p online run into any of these problems? Are there any specific websites you would recommend buying from, or should I just go and get it directly from the store. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
