Pantech Duo C810
Problems while making calls
I just got the Duo and am having problems while trying to type numbers/symbols while in a call. For example my work voice mail system requires you to hit * * then a mailbox and a password, but when i hit the * it does not do anything. It shows it on the screen but does not send it. Any help would be great!

well i dnt really like att my self and their new new phones always have trouble so i dnt knw if i wud like it myself... my friend had it and she returned it... its horrificc... and huge

Nope, still having the problem. AT&T told me they would talk to a pantech rep, and would get back to me, but they were unable to make the rep understand exactly what the problem was. So i was told that "The duo might not be the phone for me"

Ya, my friend basically heard the same thing. That they are surprised that this can't be fixxed. Thing is that it doesnt' do this with every number, just certain phone numbers, really weird.
