Samsung M520
Need Help please...
I recently got my M520 wet, it was definitely my fault. At first the phone didnt even turn on and it started to improve and now it is fully functioning except that i cant make a call or send a message. When i try to make a call, after it goes through some time of trying to connect, it says "Svc unavailable". When i try sending a message, after it does its best to try and send it, a message pops up that says "Network not responding...". Is there anything I can do to fix this, or is my phone trashed? I thought that it might have just been deactivated because it broke, but i am not sure, is that a possibility too?

Sounds like your phone is not programmed correctly, which is a easy fix. Call customer care tell them you got a new phone and that it is not working. They will give you a six digit lock code, and the msid for programming then you should be up and running 😛
