Music store problem
I had the Musiq before this phone and downloaded music from the sprint music store just fine. I switched my memory card into this phone and it keeps giving me an M501 error message saying it cannot connect to music store. It says i can only listen to the songs ive already downloaded but when i go to do that the same error comes up and i cant even listen to the music ive already downloaded. Help anyone?

Do you have the web on the phone? If so, is that working? And what type of memory card is it? You might need to format it or it could be with that phone that it needs to save the music to a different location on the card. Some phones access the music through the "MEDIA" file, others through the "Music" file. Try changing the location of where the music is stored and seeif that helps. Also if you have bought music from sprint.com, you can do whats called a "web sync" once you're in the music player and that wll give you everything that you have bought from Sprint.com.
