Phone Battery & Screen Issues

Of the people who have quoted this as having a bad battery life, could someone tell me what that means, several hours, 1 day, 2 days etc. I am looking to buy a new phone and was considering this one.

The only 2 things I have really seen negative are
1. Battery Life
2. Easily Cracked Screen

If anyone has opinions on this I would appreciate it. Sprint rep recommended to me any Sanyo phone but the only one I might consider is the Katana LX and Im not sure if i want it or not.

I was in a Sprint Authorized Retailer today...asking about photos not saving after I've taken them. She checked with the other girls in the store, asking (and I quote), "Do you know anything about photos not saving to an m520, or just the screen cracking in the first two days?" Great!

I charged mine fully yesterday morning, and it's on the charger again this evening. Probably not quite 36 hours, but I've also been messing around with Sprint TV and some other stuff.

Thanks, I appreciate the info. So would you recommend getting it based on your experience of it ?

Whoops! I forgot I posted here.

I definitely would recommend this phone. It had a couple quirky issues, the biggest one being the camera periodically wouldn't save a photo I took. I returned the phone for that reason, but I didn't get another because the Sprint person was RUDE to me. I probably will get another one, though, just from a different store!
