"M" SCREEN OF DEATH!

So for the second time now my phone has only been able to get to that stupid screen with the Motorola Symbol and then freezes. Evil or Very Mad

Anyone know how to hard reset the phone without having to have it turned on???? Eh?
I dont want to send it away cuz i dont have warrenty anymore and i will buy a new phone instead.
