Motorola ROKR Z6m
"Unable to charge"
Hello everyone. I just got a new Motorola Rokr Z6m Mandarin as a Christmas gift ( 
). I went to go charge it and the battery bar disappears and where the date and time is, is replaced by "Unable to charge"
My brothers Rokr (exact same model) is able to charge. I even tried using his charger and it said the same thing: "Unable to charge"
Any of you guys have an idea on what the problem may be?
